- Manage order activity and customer requirements for assigned accounts using SAP and Salesforce.
- Respond to customer questions via email and/or telephone.
- Provide information related to order status, product availability, product specifications, and shipping information
- Research price discrepancies, blocked invoices and order delays and communicate to customers.
- Coordinate and verify timely delivery of orders.
- Respond to and resolve a variety of customer/order issues related to pricing and delivery.
- Maintain status reports in excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field including Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Communications, etc.
- 1+ years of customer service, retail/grocery or internship experience is required.
- Highly driven and career focused with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills - ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. (Any experience/training with SAP is a plus!)
- Private, home office workspace is required. All equipment will be provided!
