This role can be filled in Chicago, IL, Orlando, FL, or Livermore, CA.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
The person hired in this role will be responsible for driving IT Software deliveries in line with business needs. We are looking for candidates with expertise in both Information Technology and Business Administration for this role. This role is responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.
 

The person hired in this role will be the focal point of creating relationships with the IT groups and business teams. They will be able to present to all levels of the organization, track progress of various projects/initiatives, and help drive momentum in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy creating user stories, analyzing data/trends and suggest solutions for the best possible outcome of each situation. They will also enjoy working with numbers, collecting data, researching solutions to various challenges, and work as a team member collaborating within the assigned organizations.


Not only will this person hired be able to assist with making an impact in business decisions, they will also be able to grow in this role and mentor others on Agile business processes, Revenue Cycle solutions and other areas they are considered an expert.


Key areas of focus in this role:

  • Gathering and analyzing business needs in the form of Epics, User Stories.

  • Finding technological solutions to business requirements.

  • Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.

  • Producing reports on application development and implementation.

  • Analyzing data to inform business decisions.

  • Analyzing and supporting the implementation of health care services applications and related revenue cycle software solutions.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING


Required

  • Bachelor Degree completed in Computer Engineering/Science, or similar. Or 9 years of experience equivalent to degree plus years of experience in a similar role.

  • More than one year of prior experience with knowledge of SOX, PCI, and HIPAA compliance.

  • More than five years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst


Preferred:

  • Agile Certification

  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management as it relates to Medical Billing.

  • Salesforce knowledge, API tool knowledge, Integration knowledge.

  • Product Manager experience of at least one year.

  • More than one year of experience working in a Full Life Cycle Software environment using Agile methodologies.

  • More than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an similar environment.

  • More than 1 year of experience in the Health Care Sector.

  • Rev Cycle experience is also a plus.
