Job Description

• Serve as a clerk in the Labor Relations HR Office, answering the phone and handling walk-in requests, assisting hourly employees with various labor questions and issues
• Monitor and respond to hourly employee requests submitted to the generic Labor Relations email accounts
• Assist Labor Relations with Recruiting efforts, including communicating with candidates as needed and tracking updates
• Support the HR Labor Relations team as needed
• Build strong relationships with operations partners, Union representatives, HR colleagues and experts, and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues

Skills Required:
• Strong communications, interpersonal, leadership and computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignment/projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Skills Preferred:
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem solving skills

Experience Required:
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft office tools especially Excel

Experience Preferred:
• Experience working in a Manufacturing facility
• Experience working in an HR role

Education Required:
High School Diploma
