Compensation: $15.84 to $18.34 hourly

The Robert Half Contract Accounting team is seeking an Accounting Clerk to assist with a 3 month temporary project to fill in as a Facilities Coordinator for a client located in Clearwater, FL. The work hours are 6:30am-3:30pm or 7am - 4pm and does have remote potential, and this role can pay between $18-$20/hour.

This position is responsible for assisting a Sr Facility Manager in managing the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility. The candidate must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, and consistently make effective, high quality decisions; must understand complex client and customer relationships and develop open, effective and consistent communication with client and customer representatives. The candidate will have overall responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, material, equipment and supplies purchases, and occupancy services administration and helpdesk.
