About the Firm:

  • This firm is a smaller sized construction equipment rental organization and they are looking to hire on a bookkeeper to join their team

  • We have worked closely with this client before, all of our prior placements have raved about the company's culture

  • Every employee with the company has great tenure, very little turnover

  • Business has picked up drastically since the start of 2021, causing the need for this employee

  • Very close-knit group, every birthday/holiday is celebrated

  • Management has an open-door policy

What will you be doing?

  • Processing payroll through QuickBooks for 45-50 employees (biweekly)

  • Entering all accounts payable invoices

  • Setting up/following up with outside vendors

  • Reconciling the g/l

  • Reviewing accounts receivable statements

  • Call/emailing customers on past due payments

  • Resolving any discrepancies within accounting

What they need?

  • A solid bookkeeper/office manager level candidate with 3+ years experience

  • Someone who can work their way through QuickBooks

  • A true team-player, someone who can step up to the plate in a fast paced situation

  • A candidate who has excellent communication/customer service skills
