This is a full time position that reports to the Director of Housekeeping. Weekends are required.

Below are some of the position requirements;

Distribute/delegate room and cleaning assignments of Housekeeping team members.

Train and develop Housekeeping team members in proper work procedures and techniques.

Supervise and monitor work performance of team members but conducting room inspections.  Provide coaching and counseling of team members.

Plan and conduct pre shift meetings with Director of Housekeeping to ensure open communication amongst team members.

Inventory and order supplies.

Weekly team member schedules

Maintain QA books.
