Job Description

Our client is in search of a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Candidate will answer phone calls from Health Care providers & members. They will assist with quoting Health Benefits, checking claims status & eligibility.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS OF HEALTH CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • 2+ years of Experience as a Medical Customer Service Representative, Healthcare or Eligibility Coordinator
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance, Group or Individual
  • Any Health & Welfare (Union) Experience Ideal
  • Solid Customer Service skills & willingness to help members
  • Good verbal communication skills, both internal & external providers
  • H.S. Diploma Required
