Work From Home Healthcare Customer Service Representative :


We are looking for friendly, caring and compassionate healthcare customer service representatives that have excellent communication skills. The right candidate must have the appropriate work-at-home environment and be able to work independently with few distractions. Duties include answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, explaining insurance EOB’s to patients, setting up payment arrangements, documentation in patient accounts, obtaining corrected insurance information, following all HIPAA regulations and guidelines and other duties as assigned. A healthcare background or Epic experience is a plus, however we are willing to train the right person.

This is a full-time position with productivity standards which are expected to be met after the completion of training and your probationary period.
