A leading real estate firm is searching for a customer service-forward Property Administrator to join their Chicago team. The Property Administrator will ensure the streamlining of daily operations and assist the Operations Manager with any necessary tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who strives to provide excellent service and prides themselves in their organizational skills. The salary range for this role is $50-$55k.  


Responsibilities of the Property Administrator:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
  • Promptly respond to any customer needs, issues, or inquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Administration of onboarding for new customers
  • Invoicing, expenses, and other financial items
  • Upkeep of the customer portal
  • Follow through on all communication and projects



Job Requirements

Requirements of the Property Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate or hospitality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate professional appearance and leadership
