Job Description

A leading property management company located in Chicago, Illinois is actively searching for a Brokerage Administrative Assistant to join their team in a temporary capacity. There is potential to be brought on permanently. The Brokerage Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative duties in addition to marketing materials. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the real estate industry and the ability to switch focus at any given moment. The Brokerage Assistant will be compensated $20/hr. The salary for this role should the position become permanent is $50K - $55K.



Responsibilities of the Brokerage Administrative Assistant:

  • Create surveys, reports, proposals, and more
  • Administer financial items such as invoices and expense reports
  • Calendar management, including travel coordination
  • Input necessary transaction details in company software
  • Generate new prospects and update ongoing list
  • Draft broker biographies, consistently checking for accuracy
  • Ensure completion of legal documents such as listing agreements
  • Other administrative duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Brokerage Administrative Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in PowerPoint
  • Flexible and able to prioritize  
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Be proactive and multi-task
