Position duties:

  • Speak to customers face to face

  • Understand the company's products and clearly communicate with customers

  • Resolve customer queries when necessary

  • Liaise with the sales team to assist with queries

  • Record all actions taken onto a customer database

  • Build relationships with suppliers and customers and provide a high standard of service
