TTF is a specialty Healthcare and Medical Staffing and Recruiting company based in Phoenix, AZ. We are growing on a national level, and looking for motivated recruiting professionals to join our team. The Recruiter role offers a competitive base, full benefits and unlimited commission/bonus potential. The position can be remote, with a preference on candidates who are in the Pacific or Mountain Standard time zone, or it can be onsite in North Phoenix.


Qualified candidates will have experience recruiting or staffing in the healthcare industry for positions such as Medical Assistant, Medical Biller/Collector, Revenue Cycle, Medical Front Office, and possibly with clinical/allied health roles.

Job Requirements

  • Understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates
  • Execute projects to improve staffing processes
  • Ensure superior staffing service to clients
  • Serving as a business partner to hiring managers for developing staffing strategies, and understanding staffing levels and requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external staffing audit requirements
  • Recruiting best practices and familiarity of the staffing industry
  • Assess candidates fit to role
  • Ensure candidates are immediately processed
  • Communicate candidates' qualifications to customers
  • Reach out to and recruit candidates
  • Maintaining a positive and successful relationship with customers in solving staffing situations

  • Serve as a staffing resource for hard to fill positions in field locations
  • Provide limited or routine answers to customers and applicants on staffing process
  • Elevating the effectiveness of co-worker scheduling and staffing within the ministry
  • Provide direction, training, development and motivation to the staffing managers
  • Coordinating staffing strategies and processes for various scientific and non-scientific groups
  • Explore various tools to recruit qualified candidates
  • Explore various tools to recruit quality candidates
  • Recruiting and placing candidates to corporate clients
